READ AND FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE RULES IF YOU WANT TO USE MY STOCK! Some of you have been neglecting them, and it makes me unhappy. If you want me to continue to offer stock you MUST follow these rules! DO NOT END UP ON MY SHIT LIST (see below for my shit list). If you don't want to follow the rules, don't use my stock.

FOR PHOTO MANIPS:

1. Link me to your finished stuff VIA COMMENT on the deviation(s) that you used within a week of posting. I need to make sure the rules are being followed, and I want to fav it!

2. Credit me in the description or on the work. If I find my work (and I will) without some kind of credit, and you don't correct it, you will be getting a message from me. If you do nothing to correct it, a report will follow. Credit needs to be READABLE.

3. Don't just change the colors of the photo, crop it, or add text. Actually DO something with it. Make some ART for Pete's sake.

4. Art you make with my stock can be used on sites off dA. BUT, it MUST be uploaded on dA. Credit is required off site when possible. This includes photobucket, flickr, etc.

5. Do not redistribute the original image! Do not claim these images as your own. This includes offering pre-cuts of my photos as your own stock. Do NOT do it! You will be reported. If you have questions about what is ok, send me a message.

FOR DIGITAL FREEHAND DRAWINGS AND NON-DIGITAL WORKS:

1. Send me a link to your finished stuff VIA COMMENT on the deviation(s) that you used. I want to fav it!

2. Credit me in the description. Credit does not have to go on the actual piece, just in the comments.

3. Can be used off dA. If there is space for comments, I would appreciate a link back to my page for credit, but it is not required off of dA.

FAQ:

Can I sell the work I make with your stock?
-YES! It's your work!

Can I enter the work I make with your stock into contests?
-Yep!

Can I use your photos on sites off of dA?
-Read my rules. You MAY NOT use my raw photos. Please change them to make them thoroughly different, and upload your work on dA first so that I can see it and fav it!

Do you take requests?
-No, generally. What is in my gallery is everything I have.

Can I use your photos for bloody stuff?
-Yes. My photos may be used for any art type (even gore and hate, I don't discriminate).

Can I use your image without editing it for school?
-Yes. Education is very important, and I will let it slide. But remember to give me credit on the medium you present it in!

Can I make pre-made backgrounds?
-Yes, as long as they are thoroughly edited. See rule #3 in the photo-manip section. You still need to actually make something with it.

I used like ten of your stocks, do I really have to leave a comment on each one I used?
-No. Just do one or two and I will be happy.

My shit list:
For reapeated mis-crediting, not notifying, and refusal to fix the problem manips. (reported the deviations and had them removed)
